The pilot program IBM Bluemix is a platform that enables developers create and deploy applications quickly saving developers from the complexities of the infrastructure side of application development.

We believe that participants who are Coders, IT geeks, Developers, Programmers, Graphic Designers, Creative Curators, Content Writers, Illustrators, and any other digital enthusiasts will be the best candidates to gain the most from the IBM Information Communication Technology courses
