Engineer Aishatu Aliyu Umar was born in Hong Local Government Area of Adamawa state, 12th August, 1971, married with five children.

Engr. Aishatu A. Umar is currently working with Federal Housing Authority as Chief Civil Engineer. Over the years, she has been involved in the supervision of civil infrastructures and building structures in Gwarimpa II, Lugbe, FHA Estate, and presently Apo Site, Abuja.
