Job Title: Sales Manager – M & E (MEP)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for leading sales for the MEP contracting division for the group in Nigeria.
- Develop and train the sales team to handle all the regions of the country
- Must have or must develop good working relationships with consultants/architects, MNCs, and various direct clients.
- Build an annual sales plan including mapping for consultants/architects and various clients across Nigeria
- Must be ready to work on targets for both inquiry / Lead generation and revenue targets.
- Should develop a marketing plan to put the brand in a dominating position with present and potential clients with seminars, roadshows etc.
- Must be technically sound to convince the clients about the company’s ability to execute major projects. Must have a good source for collecting market intelligence.
Requirements
Must be an engineering graduate with over 5 years work experience as a with an engineering company.
