1. Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND in Engineering
2. Proven 5 years working experience in mechanical / Electrical engineering

4. Strong Knowledge about all aspects of engineering
5. Solid leadership of time management skills
6. Technical writing, creativity, and Analytical skills
7. Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
