Engr. Dr. Bola J. Mudasiru is a COREN registered civil engineer, licensed professional of the World Council of Civil Engineers (WCCE), and a global infrastructure leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering high profile road, bridge, civil, and steel structure projects.
As Principal Partner and CEO of Prolarank Nigeria Limited, he leads strategic operations and project execution, consistently delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget through proven expertise in construction management, project controls, cost estimation, regulatory compliance, and strategic people leadership.
A respected safety professional and senior member of multiple national and international bodies.
He holds the prestigious grade of Fellow in numerous professional bodies, including Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (FNICE), Nigerian Institution of Highway and Transportation Engineers (FNIHITE), Institute of Highway Engineers (FIHE, London), Nigerian Institution of Safety Engineers (FNisSafetyE), Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (FIPMA), Institute of Leadership, Manpower and Management Development (DFILMMD), Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria (FIPMC), and the Institute for Promotion of Maintenance Culture (FIPMC).
He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (M.ASCE), the International Association of Safety Professionals (M.IASP), and the Project Management Institute (MPMI). His professional journey spans leadership roles with P.W. Nigeria Limited, Mitcherutti Contractors, Palton Morgan Holdings, SCOA Nigeria Plc, Aquagrowth Nigeria Limited, and Krisbol ESL, where he guided diverse teams in executing major civil and structural works nationwide.
He serves as Deputy National Chairman of the Nigerian Institution of Highway and Transportation Engineers (NIHTE) and sits on the Nigerian Society of Engineers’ Board of Fellows and International Relations Committee. He also represents Nigeria on the Executive Board — External Relations Committee of the Federation of African Engineering Organisations (FAEO) and participates in the Working Group on Engineering and Climate Change of the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO) as distinguished member. He is the Vice President‑Elect (Anglophone) of the West African Federation of Engineering Organisations (WAFEO).
A multi award winner and influential public speaker, Dr. Mudasiru served as a Judge of the Nigerian Engineering Olympiad and has delivered technical papers both domestically and internationally. His honours include the 2024 Presidential Merit Award of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the 2025 CED Magazine Professional Man of the Year.
