The Nigerian Institution of mechanical Engineers, NIMechE Osun Chapter is set for the inauguration of Engr Mrs Anthonia Oyebode as the 7th Chairman and 1st Female Chairman of NIMechE Osun State Chapter, Inauguration of 2023/2024 Chapter Executives, Public Lecture, Award presentation and End of the year party.
The event is holding on Tuesday December 19th 2023 at the Ultimate Civic Center, WAEC Area, Alekunwodo Osogbo
BRIEF CITATION OF ENGR. MRS. B.A OYEBODE
Engr. Mrs. Bosede Anthonia OYEBODE is a COREN registered Engineer and active member of Nigeria Society of Engineers, member of Institute Of Mechanical Engineers of Nigeria. She has several years of experience in Heavy duty equipment maintenance.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Technology with specialization in fluid mechanics from Kwara State University, Ilorin and automotive option from Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke between 1998-2000. She had her industrial (Three months & A year respectively) at Lanngsklder Engineering LTD Lagos, sub company under MATRIC formerly named as T & E (Tractor & Equipment sited in Lagos). During the period, she participated fully in overhauling of fuel injection pump, caterpillar engineer, Quartz engineer just to mention a few. She has her NYSC in Yobe State in which she was been posted to Science school, this gave her opportunity to sensitized the young one on how important it is to study Engineering profession.

She was the vice chairman of NSE Osogbo branch 2020 – 2023, chairman of APWEN 2018-2020, welfare committee chairman 2015, fellowship award, Nigeria Institute of Mechanical Engineer (NIMechE) Osun chapter, Ex-officio member NIMechE Osun chapter 2014-2015 and presently the chairman registration committee 2023 NIMechE AGM committee up in Ilorin just to mention few.
