It further explained that, the approval will be intandem with the requirements approved by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

The B.Tech approval to MAPOLY is also a confirmation of His Excellency’s keen interest in education to align it with the demands of modern trends which places premium on technological and vocational skill acquisition.

It would be recalled that Governor Abiodun, on assumption of office, revived MAPOLY with the pronouncement to return the Institution to status quo ante.

While reacting to this development, the Acting Rector maintained that the programme will retain and sustain the hand-on policy of Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) policy.
