Namdas previously served as spokesperson for the 8th House of Representatives and was recently an aspirant in Adamawa State’s governorship primary. He brings a background in journalism and public relations to the role, having earlier served as Chief Press Secretary to former Adamawa State Governor Boni Haruna.

At the NDPHC, President Tinubu appointed Hon. Patrick Obahiagbon as Executive Director, Strategy and Commercial, filling the position vacated by Engineer Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama, who resigned to pursue political ambitions in his home state. Obahiagbon previously served in the Edo State House of Assembly and later in the National Assembly.

The President also reappointed Mr Chukwuma Umeoji as Executive Director, Corporate Services at NDPHC. Umeoji, a former member of the Federal House of Representatives representing Aguata Federal Constituency in Anambra State during the 9th National Assembly, had earlier resigned from the position to pursue political ambitions in his home state before being reappointed.

All three appointments take immediate effect.
