We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)

Location: Calabar, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

1. Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.
2. Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.
3. Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
4. Approving designs and budgets.
5. Delegating tasks to engineering teams.
6. Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
7. Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.
8. Quickly resolving disputes between staff.
9. Acknowledging or rewarding good work.
10. Analyzing data and drafting reports for review.

Requirements

1. HND / B.Sc / M.Sc in the relevant Engineering field
2. At least 5 years of experience leading or supervising a team.
3. A sound understanding of engineering principles.
4. The ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
