Preparing for the Interview
Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete assessments, which can include technical, analytical, and behavioural evaluations.
The interview formats include:
Preliminary phone interview: A discussion with a member of Talent Acquisition team to delve into qualifications and interest in the position.
On-site interviews: If you pass the phone interview, Aramco may invite you for an in-person interview. This may include technical questions to assess problem-solving skills and a behavioural evaluation.
Video interviews: When on-site interviews aren’t possible, the team will arrange a video interview, similar to on-site interviews.
The path to employment
Upon a successful interview, you may receive a conditional offer of employment. Conditions for employment in Saudi Arabia may include medical examinations, background investigations, housing arrangements, school enrollment for dependent children (if applicable), and securing a work visa from the Saudi Arabian government.
