“We have re-introduce house to house refuse pick ups. The era of dumping refuse on the roads will stop. We will systematically apply it. and in a couple of months, we will remove completely all the refuse on the street and re-introduce bagging of refuse.

“The plan is to have a cleaner Anambra, roads, streets. We are planning of having increased level of re-cycling of refuse. These will make Ndi-anambra realize that the refuse will not become something undesirable. They will now be used for other bye-products.

“We have visited some companies that are into recycling which will help in reducing the amount government will spend. Refuse, waste for cash, value is what the state government is targeting. This will reduce the amount of waste on the roads and streets while the recycling companies will increase.
