Our line of frozen products has expanded to include the finest quality of chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood, and ice cream products in the market.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Maintenance & Construction

Job Description

  1. Inputting maintenance work data into the computer/system
  2. Assisting in vendors management;
  3. Following up with the procurement of maintenance items;
  4. Preparing daily maintenance attendance of the staff
  5. Coordination of Maintenance reports; create, revise, and format correspondence, and spreadsheets
  6. Handle preparation of internal and external correspondence (with different Suppliers, Contractors)
  7. Meet regularly with HOD Maintenance & construction regarding support for office and to provide updates.
  8. Facilitate housekeeping audits for Maintenance Department.
  9. Carry out other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. First Degree preferably in Engineering discipline
  2. 5 years of relevant experience
  3. Extended Multi-tasking competency and the ability to work reliably with short response times in a fast-paced global network environment
  4. Solid computer skills with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint)
  5. Willingness and ability to learn new tasks and tools
  6. Solid communication (oral/written) and intercultural skills
  7. Ability to react flexibly to changes of work scope and a highly developed sense of priorities.
