The Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers, NIMechE, as part efforts towards developing upcoming professionals and bridging knowledge gap is developing a national mentorship programme for Young engineers.
We are seeking the support of our Senior members, Fellows and accomplished Engineers towards volunteering to mentor upcoming ones.
The Scheme will be nationwide and serious budding engineers will be paired according to the wish of prospective mentors .

Note: All mentors should be willing to take at least one NYSC young Engineer where assigned.
Similarly, the institution is calling on young engineers interested in participating in the scheme to apply for the national mentoring scheme.
This includes those currently serving at NYSC and those awaiting NYSC call up and has completed their degree or diploma programme from accredited institutions.
