Job Description

The services of a Human Resource Personnel is required for immediate employment.
The qualified and successful candidate will carryout operations, logistics and administrative tasks.
Job Roles / Duties

1. Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff or access training needs for staff.
2. Oversees the daily workflow of operatives
3. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
4. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
5. Administer pay, benefits, and leave, and enforce company policies and practices.

Requirements

1. HND or BSc. in Human Resources or related field.
2. Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
3. Minimum of 3 years with proven experience working in HR.
4. In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
5. Ability to manage logistics
6. Ability to drive defensively and a valid Driver’s license
7. Must be firm and able to manage difficult field workers
8. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
