Engineer Goodluck Tony Akpomemine Ohwodo was born in Oviri-Agbarho, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State of Nigeria into the family of Pa David Iyeta Ohwodo of blessed memory and Mrs. Comfort Okpako Ohwodo (Nee Otamevwerayen).
Engineer Ohwodo did his Primary Education in St. Luke’s Anglican School, Okeigbo in Ileoluji/Okeigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State after which he proceeded to the famous Notre Dame College, Ozoro in the then Midwestern State of Nigeria for his Secondary school education.
After his Secondary School education, he attended the Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun and obtained OND in Mechanical Engineering before leaving for the University of Port Harcourt for his Final Diploma in Production Engineering and came out with Upper Credit. He proceeded to the University of Benin, Benin City where he graduated with Bachelor of Engineering with Second Class Lower Division in Mechanical Engineering in 2000.
Since graduation, Engr. Ohwodo has worked in Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited, Warri in its Western Operations Division from 1978 to 1986 as follows:
Plant Operator, Production Field/Area Foreman, Transport and Supplies (Logistics) Supervisor and Production Supervisor (Contract) in Escravos.
Engr. Ohwodo also worked in Total Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited from 1991 till date in the following capacities: Senior Production Operator, Reservoir Technician, Chief Production Operator, Production Supervisor, HSE (Health, Safety and Environment Supervisor, OML 58 Head of HSE (Health Safety and Environment) and he is currently Stock Reduction Initiative and Due Diligence (SRI/DDQ) Task Force Coordinator in Lagos.
Engr. Goodluck T.A. Ohwodo is:
o Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
o Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
o Fellow of Automotive & Locomotive Engineers institute. He has served in various positions and Committees both in the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers as listed below:
o Warri Branch Chairman of Nigerian Society of Engineers from (2016 – 2018).
o Warri Branch Vice Branch Chairman of the Nigerian Society of Engineers from 2014 to 2016.
o Warri Branch Technical Secretary for (2011 to 2014).
o Member 2014 Technical Programme Committee.
o Member 2009 Admission Committee.
o Currently the Warri Branch Immediate Past Chairman of the Society.
o Electoral Committee Chairman Warri Branch 2020 NSE election.
o Electoral Committee Chairman VI Branch 2020 Election.
Engr. OHWODO Goodluck, T.A. served as follows in the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers as: Warri Chapter Chairman 2014 – 2016. Warri Chapter Vice Chairman 2012-2014. Warri Chapter Technical Secretary. Member Codes and Standard Committee in the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers (NIMechE).

Engr. Ohwodo in the midst of tight job schedule does not miss out in the service of God and humanity. He is currently an Evangelist.
He is happily married to Evang. Mrs. Ohwodo Roseline. They had seven intelligent and wonderful children. He has just retired from the service of Total Upstream Nigeria Limited as Stock Management/Stock Reduction Initiative Coordinator.
