Wilson’s juice company, producers of Wilson’s lemonade, is looking for hard working Factory & Production Quality Control candidates.
If you are an aspiring Quality Control &/or production professional who has a science background, as well as superb mathematical and problem solving skills, we would like to meet you. Previous experience in a production role is an advantage, however it’s not a must.
As a leader on the production team, you’ll be trained to:
○Run product quality analysis & report results clearly & concisely
○Plan, organise & lead different aspects of the production process
○Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports
○Give presentations to management & a range of prospective clients
○Multitask, communicate clearly & coordinate people & activities to accomplish set goals
○Understand business “productivity”
○Prepare an array of experiments to improve product quality & consistency
○Think critically & clealry under pressure in order to exceed efficiency goals and quality targets
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 year availability for position
-Based in Otta, Ogun state (preference to anyone located at/ready to relocate to Iju Ota).
-Proactive problem solver, hard worker, & self motivated
Our ideal candidate is goal oriented, mathematically sound, clear & direct in oral & written communication, enjoys working with both mind & body, and enjoys learning new things. This person should take on challenges and not be afraid to be wrong. You should be calm, rational & proactive in a fast paced environment and committed to your personal growth. A background in science (laboratory analysis, food tech, chemistry, biology), mathematics & operations is a plus.
Ultimately, you should be resourceful, energetic, driven, structured while displaying a strong desire to take initiative, think and solve problems independently or within a group. You must also enjoy leading by example and helping teammates grow & increase their capacity.
