  1. Congratulations, HoS! This is a golden opportunity to standardize Engineering in Ogun state civil service.
To do this, Ingeniers need to attend international events where trends and updates are discussed on first-hand. They also need to be subscribed to international professional publications. Also; they may need a working model of their innovations before approaching management for adoption and support.
For this to be possible, they need to be paid naira equivalent of atleast $10 000 per month as a starting salary while all Ingeniers on the same grade level should be paid the same salary.
In turn, foreigners are shown the way out. All technology related projects and innovations in the state are to be done by resident Ingeniers in the state. Whoever Ingenier that cannot meet his/her professional responsibility is stripped of the appointment and the professional status. Engineering is not for jokes and Ingeniers are not mere title-holders.
    Once more; congratulations, sir!
